Our team consists of experienced designers who develop our projects starting with a sketch, talented engineers, and a dedicated production team who fit your kitchen to your home and your life.
WENDY, PROJECT ENGINEERWendy turns designs and concepts into CAD drawings to begin the production phase of each kitchen. She began her career with the Kennebec Company as a designer back in the mid-1990s.
BRIAN, PRoduction managerWith an engineering background and a degree in Building Construction, Brian oversees the details of production at our Wing Farm shop. Brian is on the shop floor every day to ensure that our craftsmanship is unmatched.
JEFF, DESIGNER & PROJECT MANAGERJeff co-founded the company in 1975, and his celebrated architectural design work has been featured in numerous magazines and TV programs. He’s worked with our clients throughout the country.
LES, operations MANAGERTrained as an architectural woodworker with a strong background in management, Les oversees the company’s daily operations and coordinates the entire team through engineering, building, and installing each of our projects.
kARLA, DIRECTOR OF FINANCE & HUMAN RESOURCESCarla makes sure the team is happy, company operates smoothly every day, and the trains run on time. End result: clients who love us`.
HEATHER, DESIGNER & PROJECT MANAGERWith a start in residential carpentry, and a career in designing coastal homes and interiors, Heather has been with the Kennebec Company for 14 years designing highly personalized custom spaces.
JAMES, PRESIDENt & OwnerOver his long career here, James rose from cabinet maker to owner by knowing how to help people with a common passion work together, much the way we help kitchens work for our families.
